What to do to ensure a smooth inspection Process.

This course is offered for schools who wish to prepare for that phone call.  The course can be delivered to a cluster of schools or to schools individually.  It does work best as a whole authority or cluster group.

The course takes you through analysis of the SEF, RAISE and School contextual information as a way to identify areas that OfSTED may focus on.

It then goes through how a Pre Inspection Briefing is developed and how the first phone call interview with the lead inspector will dictate the whole inspection process.

It continues with questions to ask, consider and prepare before the inspectors arrive and how you as a leadership team and as a school can ensure the smooth management of the inspection for the benefit of your school.
